Then we share the profit with our Limited Partners (LP).

JB Properties takes the surety of our limited partners very seriously. We've structured out program to ensure that we do everything possible to protect our partners and their investments. All our syndicated projects are done within company structures, established by legal professionals, specifically for each project. We do not hold or control investor or syndicate money. All money is held in trust and escrow accounts, managed by independent qualified professionals. All money, distributions and company activity are managed according to the legal agreements established at the time the deal is formalized. We value transparency so all partners are provided complete access to their projects accounting, company information, and project status and details.
